Our Childcare Program Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide a safe, nurturing, and play-based environment that promotes the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, and creative development of young children. We believe that development can be accomplished through play. Child-initiated, child-directed, and teacher-supported learning is an essential component of our program. At earlyexplorers.ca, we strive to be responsive to the diverse needs of children and their families. We provide multi-cultural learning materials for children such as books, puppets, dolls, posters, dress up clothes, music, etc. to share other cultures with the children. Our staff members are also from many different cultural backgrounds, enabling us to introduce our students to other cultures.
