Our Philosophy:
Children learn so efficiently through playing. Their imagination and creativity knows no barriers. The opportunities to grow intellectually and emotionally while playing are endless. Children’s physical and social development can be greatly accelerated and improved through active playing. Our preschool has been created to facilitate children’s growth in the above areas. We chose the name Learning by Playing carefully to reflect our mission to offer children best possible ways to identify, maintain and support their own ways to be happy during their childhood. We believe that every child is unique and that time spent at preschool will greatly benefit the little ones in their future.

Our featured programs are selected through a rigorous process and uniquely created for each semester.
Preschool Program:
9:00 ~ 9:50 WELCOME/ UNSTRUCTURED PLAY TIME
We are playing with friends and starting the morning with lots of energy and enthusiasm.
9:50 ~ 10:15 SNACK TIME
We are enjoying a healthy snack. Please pack me a NUT-FREE HEALTHY snack!
10:15 ~ 10:40 CIRCLE TIME
We are learning new songs, sharing ideas, doing calendar and playing with numbers and letters.
10:40 ~ 11:00 CRAFT TIME
We are doing art projects that can be taken home and shown to family and friends.
11:00 ~ 11:20 ACTING
We are singing, dancing and playing instruments./We are discovering and further developing our talents during Acting Time.
11:20 ~ 11:40 EXERCISING & YOGA FOR KIDS
We are building and maintaining strong, healthy muscles, bones and joints while having fun!
11:40 ~ 12:00 STORY TIME/ GOODBYE SONG
We are reading short stories to share with parents and family at home. We are singing our daily Goodbye Song.
12:00 ~ 12:10 DISMISSAL
Mommy! Daddy! I had so much fun today but I can’t wait to see you!
Before & After School Care Program:
We offer a Before & After School Care Program mostly for students who attend ASCENSION OF MY LORD SCHOOL (we can pick the kids up from school and drop them off) The program provides opportunities for learning through structure and unstructured activities.
Program planning includes active and quiet, indoor (art, yoga, acting and much more) and outdoor play- (playground available).
Our goal is to give children opportunities to be socially responsible have fun and learn through playing. There are lots of opportunities to have self-directed play and activities that are based on the children’s interests.
A quiet space for homework is provided and teachers are available for assistance. Snacks are provided by each parent for their child, but we are always prepared to share a healthy snack with your child!

- Morning Group: 4 – 5 year old children
- Morning, Wednesday and Friday
- 9:00am to 12:00am
- Price $300/month
- Morning Group: 3 – 4 year old children
- Tuesday and Thursday
- 9:00am to 12:00am
- Price: $250/month
- We have 6 spots for kids that are 30 months old: $300
