Welcome to Strathmore & District Playschool!
We have been serving this community since 1976, including over 17 years in our current building.
Strathmore & District Playschool is a not for profit organization. We are located on Westmount school’s grounds. We are fully licensed and subject to standards laid out by the Government of Alberta. Our teachers are certified Early Childhood Educators, and are current in their First Aid and CPR training. We run from the second week of September to the end of May. Each class has a maximum of 12 students.
Each age group has a specifically tailored program to ensure that all avenues to learning are explored in a play-based classroom setting. Students attend 2 half days per week.
